Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. The following cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.
  • Perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, and gift cards.
  • Items damaged through misuse after delivery.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us at ymff62@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund — no return shipping required.

How to start a return

  • Email ymff62@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • We will review your request and, if approved, send you return instructions.
  • Ship the item back using the instructions provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order for a full refund as long as it has not yet been forwarded to our supplier for fulfilment (typically within 1–3 business days of ordering). Email us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
